Today brought sunshine and smiles to FCC Family Care Centre as four of our residents enjoyed a lively game of bouncing balls!

The simple joy of tossing and catching, the laughter, and the friendly competition were infectious.

This playful activity is a wonderful way to promote physical activity, hand-eye coordination, and social interaction – all important aspects of healthy aging.
