Lanterns & Lunar New Year Joy!

Today, FCC Family Care Centre was a hive of activity as we put the finishing touches on our Chinese New Year preparations! The air was filled with excitement and anticipation for tomorrow's celebrations.

Our residents spent the morning immersed in a creative lantern arts session. Each lantern is unique, reflecting the individual artistry and spirit of its creator. The concentration and joy on their faces as they carefully crafted their lanterns was truly heartwarming.

The symbolism of lanterns during Chinese New Year is rich and beautiful. They represent hope, good fortune, and the dispelling of darkness, lighting the way for a bright and prosperous new year.

Meanwhile, behind the scenes, our amazing kitchen staff was hard at work preparing a delicious and festive dinner for tonight. The aromas wafting from the kitchen were simply irresistible, promising a culinary celebration to kick off the new year.
