Venue: Wellness Space by FCC Family Care Centre, Johor

We are thrilled to share that the event on on 18th June 2023 was a success, with approximately 30 attendees joining us for a day filled with joy, laughter, and insightful knowledge-sharing sessions led by esteemed doctors.One of the event's highlights was the Introduction of CompanionCare & Therapy, expertly presented by Dr. Salini. 

We had attendees stretching their bodies and did a simple Yoga Chair Workout together. It was a sight to behold as our guests embraced the opportunity to unleash their inner fitness enthusiasts. We witnessed some impressive moves and impressive sweat patches too! 

At FCC, we not only care for your well-being but also make sure you get a good dose of exercise in the most enjoyable and unexpected ways.

We were honored to have keynote speakers shed light on wellness topics vital to the community. 

Topics included "Geriatric and Rehabilitation," "The 3Ds: Delirium, Dementia, and Depression," and "Can Physiotherapy Help the Elderly?" 

The informative sessions provided invaluable insights into enhancing the overall well-being of our cherished seniors.
