At FCC Family Care Centre, we believe that creating meaningful experiences is essential for the well-being of our residents.

Today, we combined a little sweetness with a whole lot of fun as we embarked on a culinary adventure: making delicious chocolate crunch snacks! From measuring ingredients to mixing and melting chocolate, everyone participated with enthusiasm and a sense of accomplishment.

Baking and cooking activities offer a multitude of benefits for seniors. They provide opportunities for sensory stimulation, improve fine motor skills, and encourage social interaction. The aroma of chocolate and the satisfaction of creating something delicious can also boost mood and create a sense of purpose.
