Green Environment
Our community provides residents with spaces to grow their own fruits, vegetables, and herbs in a communal garden.
We prioritize the use of native plants that are more adaptable to our climate, reducing the need for fertilizers and pesticides.
Our greenhouse allows for year-round growing, providing fresh produce to our residents and reducing the need for food imports.
We generate our own energy through solar panels installed on our roofs, and adopt energy saving practices, reducing our carbon footprint.
We reduce, reuse, and recycle as much as possible, promoting a low-waste lifestyle and using our own food waste as organic compost for our farm and edible gardens.
We encourage alternative transportation options such as walking, and biking around our facilities or using our senior-friendly electric shuttle.
We minimize water usage through low-flow fixtures, rainwater harvesting, and using greywater for irrigation.
We educate residents and visitors on the benefits of sustainable and natural farming practices, and provide hands-on training on farming activities.
We use the produce from our farm and edible gardens at our on-site kitchen and restaurant, promoting the consumption of fresh and locally grown food.
We encourage community involvement through volunteer opportunities at our farm and space, fostering relationships and a sense of purpose. We welcome everyone.

We are thrilled to share that the event on on 18th June 2023 was a success, with approximately 30 attendees joining us for a day filled with joy, laughter, and insightful knowledge-sharing sessions led by esteemed doctors.
One of the event’s highlights was the Introduction of CompanionCare & Therapy, expertly presented by Dr. Salini.
We had attendees stretching their bodies and did a simple Yoga Chair Workout together.
It was a sight to behold as our guests embraced the opportunity to unleash their inner fitness enthusiasts.
We witnessed some impressive moves and impressive sweat patches too!
At FCC, we not only care for your well-being but also make sure you get a good dose of exercise in the most enjoyable and unexpected ways.
We were honored to have keynote speakers shed light on wellness topics vital to the community.
Topics included “Geriatric and Rehabilitation,” “The 3Ds: Delirium, Dementia, and Depression,” and “Can Physiotherapy Help the Elderly?”
The informative sessions provided invaluable insights into enhancing the overall well-being of our cherished seniors.
None of this would have been possible without the unwavering dedication and hard work of our incredible team at FCC.
